The mother is a seamstress at Frontline Threadworks, and can’t make ends meet for the family of 5 children. The father shells coconuts at a nearby factory.
The mother makes a meager income shelling coconuts at a local factory, while her father works in construction, but both are not employed as regular workers and have no regular source of income.
Being raised by a single mom, Althea and her two siblings all try their hardest in school. Althea does her best while in the public school and makes the top of her class. She was thrilled at the opportunity to attend school at FCA.

Rihanna likes school and enjoys joining pageants, and her former GPA os 84%, but her parents are unable to continue to provide for the daily expenses associated with sending her and her sibling to school.
The family of 9 (7 kids) relies on the father, a jeepney driver, for support, but his earnings are not enough. The mother sometimes sells snack items as a vendor to help with income. Edward is a skilled basketball player and likes Math.
Hannah is being raised by a single mother who doesn’t have a job because she has to stay home and care for the children. The sole provider for the family is the grandmother, who is a seamstress.

Matthew and his sister have been raised by a single mother their whole life. The mother works at a call center but has two children in school and struggles to make ends meet.
Pearl’s mom is in prison facing drug-related charges. Her father was in prison because of a criminal case but has recently been released, and is deemed unfit to care for his daughter. Pearl was living with a 17-year old uncle of hers who attended on of Frontline’s churches. He is unemployed and unable to provide for her needs or to care for her. Pearl is full of spunk and personality and loves to talk.
